Our Design / Build Method is a complete turnkey operation where we manage the project from the original "napkin drawing idea," through the conception, design, pre-construction, permitting, construction stages, occupancy and project close out.
We have been working with our team of design professionals through multiple projects. This allows us to
complete the design timely and efficiently due to the fact that our design professionals know our
buildings and how to interact with one another. This also provides a cost effective design.
Pre-Construction and Conception drawings, prepared in house, eliminates the cost of outside
drafting services. Our design professionals are involved in the preliminary design stages to
ensure our conceptual design is verified to meet building codes, saving the Owner from investing
in a design that might not meet code.
